Shipping policy

The short version

We ship worldwide: the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and most other countries.
Free shipping on orders of $60 or more. Under $60, a flat $6.90. Same rule everywhere.
Tracked delivery, usually 7 to 15 days after your order ships to the US, the UK, Canada and Australia.
No surprise fees at your door in the US, the UK, Canada and Australia.

Rates and thresholds are set in US dollars and shown in your local currency at checkout. You always see the exact shipping price before you pay.

Where we ship

United States: all 50 states and Washington, D.C. We can't ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or U.S. territories yet.
United Kingdom: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland (not BFPO addresses).
Canada: all provinces and territories.
Australia: all states and territories.
Everywhere else: most other countries. If we can deliver to your address, your country appears at checkout.

Delivery times

We prepare your order within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once it ships, delivery to the US, the UK, Canada and Australia usually takes 7 to 15 days. Other countries usually take longer, depending on the destination: your tracking link shows the estimate. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

These are estimates. Holidays, weather or customs checks can add a few days. If we can't ship your order within the time stated here, we'll email you with a new date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Subscriptions

Your subscription ships automatically every 30 days. Each renewal follows the rates above: free when the renewal is $60 or more, otherwise $6.90. The shipping price of your renewals is shown at checkout before you subscribe, and in every reminder email. Moving? Update your address in your account before your next renewal date.

Taxes and duties

United States: sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout.
Canada: GST/HST, where it applies, is calculated at checkout.
United Kingdom: VAT is included in our prices.
Australia: GST is included in our prices.
Other countries: import VAT, duties or customs fees charged by your country are not included in our prices and may be collected by the carrier on delivery.

In the US, the UK, Canada and Australia, you won't have anything to pay on delivery. If a carrier there ever asks you for a fee to receive a Gabi order, email us the receipt and we'll reimburse it.
