Purple bakes

You need

  • Add 1 to 2 scoops of Gabi ube per cup of flour to your favorite brownie, cookie, cake or crinkle recipe.

Steps

  1. Whisk the ube into the dry ingredients.
  2. Bake as usual. The color stays softer in the oven than in a latte.

Pure, or mixed with anything.

Try half ube, half matcha. Or a scoop in your hot chocolate. Or a dirty ube: a shot of espresso over an iced ube latte, if you still want your coffee.
