Third coffee at 3 pm was basically my personality. Now it's this, iced, in the car before the kids pile in. Tastes like vanilla ice cream and I'm actually asleep by 10.

I make it at home, pour it into the Gabi To Go and sip it in the car. Creamy, not too sweet, and no 4 pm crash.

I wanted something warm that wasn't another coffee. Hot ube with oat milk is my clock-out ritual now. Purple, cozy, done.

Saves me $6 a day and my afternoon meetings feel calmer. The cup is so cute people ask about it.

My cabinet is a graveyard of matcha and mushroom coffee I forced myself to drink. This one I actually look forward to. It tastes like dessert, not homework.

Iced ube in the To Go cup, puppy on the leash. Tastes like ube halaya in a latte.

My lola grew up with real ube in Batangas and she said this tastes right. That's the highest review you'll ever get from her.

Light, creamy and caffeine-free, so I can have it at 6 pm. Nothing else hits like this after class.

Iced ube with almond milk after reformer is the vibe. Half my class asked what the purple drink was.

I can finally have a 'latte' at night. Bath, candle, book, purple mug. I didn't know I needed permission to be this soft with myself.

Brought the tin to a picnic and now we're both subscribed. Giving café ube drink, but better and way cheaper.

Filmed the milk pour and it blew up. The color is unreal and it's just the root, no dye.

Kids asleep, toys everywhere, me with a warm ube latte. The only 10 minutes that are mine, and it feels like a treat, not a chore.

Planted the butterfly in the empty tin and look!! Now I can't wait for the next refill and the next flower.

Swapped my 3 pm coffee for this a month ago. Same little break, no jitters, and I'm not staring at the ceiling at midnight anymore.

Creamy, nutty, a little vanilla. The bamboo whisk makes it café-level. My dog wants some too.

$1.30 a cup vs $7 at the coffee shop, and honestly it tastes better.

Every 3 pm meeting now comes with a purple latte. Same little break as my old coffee, without lying awake at midnight.

Hot with oat milk is my favorite. Like a hug that's also purple.

I tried matcha three times and quit three times. This one stuck from the first sip.

Drank all 30 lattes, planted the butterfly, and now my balcony has a pink cosmos. Obsessed.

Peeled the lid and a little seed butterfly was sitting on the powder. Cutest thing ever.
Iced, frothed, shaken, poured into a coconut. Real cups from real kitchens.
Soft and creamy with notes of vanilla and coconut, and a gentle nutty finish. It tastes like a treat, not like a health drink.
Tasting profile
Tasted with oat milk, iced.
No barista skills. About two minutes. Your café just moved into your kitchen.
One scoop of pure ube and a splash of hot water.
The bamboo whisk turns it into a smooth, glossy purple base in seconds.
Top with any milk, hot or over ice. Watch it swirl.

Non-invasive wildflower mix chosen for your country. Whether and how fast it grows depends on soil, light and water.
How to plant itTwo ways to start. Both are one ingredient, both come with a flower, both cancel in one click.
“I didn’t want another health drink. I wanted my lola’s ube, at 4 pm, without the coffee.”
I grew up between Manila and my lola’s kitchen in Bohol, where ube was never a trend. It was halaya on Sundays, purple fingers and the smell of coconut milk.
In 2022 I was working in LA and living on three coffees a day. Shaky hands at 11, a crash at 4, staring at the ceiling at midnight. I tried matcha. Three times. I quit three times.
So I went back to what I knew: one spoon of pure ube, warm milk, nothing else. My afternoons changed, my skin changed, I slept again. Friends asked for a jar. Then their friends did.
Today Gabi works with family farms in Bohol, and every tin is still made the way I made the first one: one ingredient, nothing hidden.
Ube halaya every Sunday. The color I never forgot.
LA, jitters at 11 am, crash at 4 pm, awake at midnight.
Pure ube and warm milk in my kitchen. Friends asked for more.
Met the families who grow our ube. Fixed price, every harvest.
One tin, one ingredient, a flower to plant inside.
From family farms in Bohol to your windowsill. The whole root used, a tin you keep, a flower you plant.

Oats, milk, yogurt, one scoop of Gabi ube, maple syrup and berries.
Flour, baking powder, two scoops of Gabi ube, an egg, milk and butter.

None. The only ingredient is purple yam.
Creamy and gently sweet, with notes of vanilla and coconut and a soft nutty finish. People often say it tastes like dessert.
No added sugar. Ube is naturally mildly sweet. Add maple, honey or nothing at all.
Online, in one click, from your account. No email, no call. We also email you 3 days before every refill.
It depends on soil, light and water, so we can’t promise it. Potting soil, a sunny window and a little water give it the best chance.
